Office participation

Cristina Pozas has been working in the intellectual property law field for more than fifteen years. She joined the RUSCHKE MADGWICK SEIDE & KOLLEGEN in 2009 and is now responsible of our Alicante office and for the contact with our Spanish speaking clients and colleagues.

Education & Practice Areas

Cristina received her Degree in Law (Abogada) 1998 from Seville University in Spain. In order to improve her English, she moved to London for three years. In 2001, she joined the firm Udapi & Asociados, an Intellectual Property Law firm based in Madrid, Spain. In her position as a member of the International Department she was the contact person for international clients and colleagues and also represented the firm at various international conferences like INTA, ECTA, Marques, ASIPI etc.
